Do Starbucks baristas get free drinks on shift?

Does working at starbucks get any better? Im having a terrible time.?

• I've just completed my training at starbucks, and last night was my 1st "real" shift. I absolutely hated it. I burned my finger, didn't have any time to put water on it because there was a huge line of customers. Everyone working there are busy with their own tasks. I have trouble ringing up what i needed to. I ran out of coffee because I was slow.Customers got frustrated with me, and I get frustrated real easily so that doesn't help me none. I'm scared the death of the bar. I have to use the cheat book to make drinks. I have to go really slow since Im trying to do it right. I get a lot of hours, but Im easily frustrated and I hate working with food/drinks anyway. The partners are nice for the most part, but everytime i work, I think about how i dont want to work there.

  i think you should stop working there.. If your unhappy with your job your not gonna do such a good job.. You should try working in the mall or something, Like Hot Topic, Ancor Blue something like that....
