WHAT WOULD BE A CATCHY NAME?

What would be a really catchy name for a restaurant?

  • I am opening up my own restaurant soon and I need help choosing a name. I want a unique, catchy, and just a really good restaurant name. A name that sounds good and would grab peoples attention. I have thought and thought but I can't come up with something good. My restaurant will be serving Tex-mex, American, Chinese, Indian, Italian and Cajun cusine. A little bit of everything. Can you please give me ideas and names that I can use for my new restaurant? Thank you!

Here's a couple names i thought off. Broadway's Corner -(Your first name) Place -ex. Joe's - (This is if it's an alcholcic kind of restraunt such as a bar or even TGI Fridays) -ex. (name)'s Tavern -Spoonful of TexAmeriIndiLianCajunEse (Combo of all of the names try playing with it) -Big (Your name) -Global Cuisine -6 in 1 (all your food cultures in one restruant-get it?- -Beaver's -King's of (Whatever you want) -Hawt Dog's of (Whenever day you opened your store.) ex. Hawt Dog's of Saturday Night's -(Your state name)'s Best ex. New York's Best Fried Chicken That's all for now, but you can email me for more ideas if you like. Good luck!

How about "The Hodgepodge" It will no doubt about it grab peoples attention and the word hodgepodge means a mixture, a jumble, a little bit of everything basically. Go to dictionary.com for the exact definition Its a catchy name that people are bound to remember. good luck!!!! :D

If you picked a specialty, which I think would be smart as it is easier on the chef and customers know what they are getting into, it would be easier to name as well. Another thing you could do is have a restaurant that concentrates on American classics with an eastern flare. The name the melting pot or something along those lines seems to catch but i know there is a place already called the melting pot. give it some time! Good Luck!

First to comment on answer 1 the melting pot sounds like fondue. I agree though, it sounds like too many choices. Q: Whats youre pricing? College town or vacation or diner type. Wine/soda Is it a take out place as well? I would look in your local yellow pages for ideas. Some fancy places use proper names like 'Irene's'- Id use your spouses or your kids names... Burger places- Sam's, Joe's,(fancier? Samuel's.... Diners-homey names Something serving all those eastern dishes and cajun- something spicy in the name. Something in a college town with music"xxx bar and grill" Just have it reflect the food and atmosphere and the owner
