We've got a chain around my part of the country called Scotty's that has a huge selection on great stuff that you can't normally find at comparable restaurants. Even their basics like cheeseburgers are awesome so if you can't find anything from their menu you like, you probably are dead. Scotty's is like many of the 20-50 year old crowd pleasing places like Applebee's or O'Charlies but they just do more and do it better. For me their tenderloin is huge and way thicker than I've seen anywhere else. I get their waffle fries with cheese and bacon topping. You can't eat it all so we end up taking stuff home but before we leave we sometimes get one of their desserts like a lava cake w/ ice cream or a cookie monster with ice cream.

I like to try as many different restaurants as I can, but if I had to choose i'd say Italian or chinese food. I like to order Fettuccine Carbonara nearly wherever I go. I always drink either water with a lemon wedge or coke. For dessert I usually go for Gelati (chocolate) or lemon sorbet.
