How does Souplantation work?

I looked on their website and couldnt find anything useful... We just got one in town and the flyers show a few rows of what looks like buffet tables, but they all have cash registers at the end.... So how does souplantation work? Do you pay one price and get whatever you want like a buffet? Or do they charge you by whatever you put on your plate? Or do you pay a separate price at each buffet table? How does it work?

It's a buffet. Pay one price and eat all you want. You walk in and take a tray and a plate and then all of the cold salads. Then, you order your drinks and pay. There are different prices for lunch and dinner and they have a special price for kids and seniors. Next, you take a seat and then you can get your hot food. They have a pasta bar and a potato bar. They also have several soups and breads. They have a dessert and fruit bar as well as soft serve icecream with toppings. They also have a help yourself soft drink fountain. We love to eat there. It's called Sweet Tomatoes in the east. Yummy! They also have a nice breakfast/brunch on the weekends.
