Has anyone got food poisoning in food courts in Singapore?

Do anyone know in singapore that is a place that sell halal food.wif a little budget,and is nice..?

How about those restaurants in Geylang? They are air-condition restaurants and sell reasonably priced and good food. Cosy and comfortable environment too. There is one next to this coffeehouse call 'teh tarik'. Sorry can't remember the name.

Take MRT to Paya Lebar station. Most food courts and food centres and coffee-shops there are halal.

I have no idea if your bf is from Indonesia. But there are some nice Indonesian Restaurants at Lucky Plaza. One dish I would recommend is the Ayam Penyet (Hope, I spell this correctly). Very nice and the last time I went there is around $7. Two restaurant serves it, one on the 2nd floor and another on the 3rd floor. Hope this information helps. Happy dining!
