First day at Tim Hortons?

• I'm 15 and just got a job at Tim Hortons. Tomorrow is my first day! I've already completed the videos well most of them anyways and the manager says I'm starting my training tomorrow. I am soo nervous, this is also my first job! What should I expect on the first day? Does the trainer stay with you or do they just show you then leave you on your own? Please help! Anyone who has worked at Tim Hortons before! Oh and I'm working from 4pm-10pm, do I get a break? and how long are they? Thanks!

  Ok you are panicking for no reason. The trainer should stay with you or be close by. Just be confident in yourself, and expect to make mistakes, everyone does when they start a first job. Depending on where you live the breaks vary. In Ontario it is 15 minutes for every 5 hours or a lunch break for 8 hours. If you are not sure of your rights, there is usually a copy of the labour code somewhere in the restaurant. If not look at the website of the labour board in your province/State
