There are more calories in a Subway sub than a Large Big Mac Meal so why do people think Subway is healthier?
-
Why do people kid themselves that Subway is a healthier fast-food option?! Subway must have very good Marketing/PR because I know plenty of fat sheeple who eat Subway everyday and smugly say they are doing something good for their body and "at least it's better than McDonalds"!...when it actually isn't any better!

Answer:
yeah... The Big Philly Cheesesteak is 520 calories or the Meatball Marinara is 580 calories add that with Doritos chip... Calories: 250 with drink - 150 calories Total = between 920 and 980 calories I might as well eat my favorite Nacho Bellgrande - 760 calories with drink 150 = total 910 calories.
