    There really aren't any good Vietnamese restuarants here in Virginia Beach. There is Pho 78 but it's not really a date place. If you want to go somewhere quiet with great atmosphere go to The Painted Lady in Norfolk. Their web site is: www.thepaintedlady.com It's a little more expensive but it's worth it. Enjoy!
