What to name a fictional restaurant?

Alright, so I'm having trouble coming up with a name for a fictional restaurant. Here are is what I have decided about the restaurant. It would be in Asheville, NC. It is very fancy, expensive, and high-end (modern) Serves mainly Asian/Chinese and steaks. There are however vegetarian choices. Is up in the mountains and is run by the owner of a bed and breakfast. It's a very popular and trendy restaurants that even the hippies love because this restaurant uses vegetables, fruits, meats, etc that are all local (within in a days drive from there). I can't come up with a name because, well I'm not good at creating the perfect name for anything like that. So, any suggestions or tips on how to name this fictional restaurant??
