Are there any good Indian restaurants in Bangkok?

Do Indian restaurants with buffets add tons of baking soda to the food to get people full faster?

  • I have ate homemade Indian food(LOTS until I was completely beyond full) before and ordered food at Indian restaurants before and never had digestive/bloating issues. Today I ate at an Indian buffet..and everyone that had came to eat with me(all five of us) were having digestive/bloating issues. We have ate tons before at other buffets..and ate tons of spicy food at other restaurants and never had this problem. After talking to my friend..he told me most Indian buffets do that to you because they use tons of baking soda in the food to make you full faster..any truth to this?

  • Answer:

i don't think its baking soda cause you can taste it but on the other hand it may be powder or corn starch.
