What is your favorite French restaurant?

What is your favorite restaurant?

  • What's your favorite dine-in chain restaurant? Favorite fast food restaurant? And your favorite non-chain restaurant? And what's your favorite meal to get at each? I'm just bored and curious lol.... Mine would be: Chain- Olive Garden. I get fettuccine (even though I can only eat half!) and brushcetta to share. Fast food: Panera. I get a mozzarella tomato panini and chips. Non-Chain- hhhmmm....there's some many I love! I have to say this restaurant called Fat Heads- I get a foldover to split with someone and fries.

  • Answer:

Red, Hot & Blue for the pork BBQ Doner kebab places for Doner kebabs There are a lot of non-chain restaurants that I like. Maybe De Nachtwacht in Amsterdam - they have a great lobster soup with cognac and excellent ribs. It's also nice to sit out in Rembrandtplein in the evening for a meal. I was just there Sunday evening. I also particularly like Rybi Trh in Prague for whatever the fish of the day is, Da Raffaele in Venice for Crema di Scampi soup and pasta, especially at a canal side table, and the Buckhorn Exchange in Denver for the ratlesnake & alligator appetizers and the buffalo & elk.

I couldn't agree with you more on the Olive Garden chain. Just love their menu of dishes, not to mention their free coupons.
