  Greet with your name and a smile within one minute. Offer beverages and appetizers. Bring bevs (apps if ready) within two minutes and take entree order. Check on apps, (within 5 minutes) tell guest food will be right up. Preset table if necessary (plates ect). Bring entree (time depends on type of restaurant). Check back within 2 bites of entree. Next step varies on type of restaurant again but generally approach with check ready and ask about dessert/bring dessert tray or cart about 50-75% through entree. Process payment with in two minutes. Thank guest for dining with ______ and wish them farewell.
