How to get a waitress or cashier phone number using my wealth?

• I am a successful business owner of a office cleaning business, and i make around 220k a year. Furthermore, i am trying to use my money to get numbers from waitresses and cashiers. But one problem is i am a little older. I am 32, and they are like 22. Should i leave a bigger tip to get there number. I gave a beautiful pizza hut delivery girl a 400 dollar tip, and she said thanks. I wanted to ask her out, but i didn't know how to do so without being creepy. Then at red lobster i left this waitress a 350 dollar tip and she thanked me. But she left before i can ask for her number. How do i get the number of these waitress, i just want to have sex with them and thats it. I figure this way is legal. Should i show them what car i drive and tell them i have more than one home.
