How many calories in a regular roast beef, or in the beef 'n cheddar @ Arby's?

I know the beef 'n cheddar is more, but am wondering if it's worth it? I haven't eaten yet today so I am really hungry.

The cheese wont add that much more calories, and its delicious. Neither one is a smart choice if your trying to eat healthy anyway, but if your going to do it, do it right! They vary is calories from 350 to 550 and above, take a look at their website.
