Does chili's actually cook their food?

Chili's does, in fact, prep and cook its dishes in-house. Armies of economically challenged individuals rise early and come in to Chili's every day to begin the task of battering your Southwestern Eggrolls or chopping the tomatoes, onions and cilantro for your pico de gallo. Some of the ingredients do come freeze dried or pre-mixed, of course, but we're talking about things like ranch dressing and salsa, not entire dishes. I've worked at Chili's and I can testify that whatever you may think of your meal, it was in fact prepared and cooked at the restaurant and not fed off of a giant series of underground conveyor belts stretching back to Brinker headquarters in Dallas! they cook everything like a REAL restaurant, being as they ARE a real restaurant. my father is the manager of 3 chili's.

I would guess any filet at a nice steak place is cooked
