What are some ideas for a sweet 16 at a restaurant?

Fun Sweet 16 Birthday Restaurant Ideas?

  • I'm a girl & I'm turning 16 soon. I'm looking for a fun, nice restaurant to go to on my birthday that has really good food. It doesn't haven't to be completely a "teenage crowd" restaurant, it can be sophisticated.Price range doesn't really matter and im not sure how many people I will invite yet. I like most food but I don't like sushi at all. Some of my favorite restaurants are TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, Legal Sea Foods, Maggianos & most steak houses. I live in the DC/ MD/ VA area. Any suggestions? Please and thank you =)

    Idk if there is one there,but here i celebrated my 16 @ Joes Crab Shack, it was nice because the staff reaaally get into it. I got to wear a tiara and a (receipt register) sash! :) I got to lead a parade. We got a private room with virgin daiquiris! A friend of mine had a family member who either owned or managed did a big a buffet place here which actually turned out to be really fun:private area,ice cream eating contests,SMALL food fight it actually turned out to be more fun than id imagined. Alot of those places like applebees have great prices,but not much fun/attention. A Greek food place is something id really like to try,if you'd want something fun&original OPA!! :)

I'm 33 and I've been to Dave and Buster's at the White Flint Mall in Bethesda several times. It has a ton of fun games to play and the food is delicious. (think Chuck E. Cheese for adults) I believe they even have a party room you can reserve. If games don't appeal to you, go to the Baltimore Inner Harbor for the afternoon / evening. There's shopping and restaurants, many of them sophisicated. My favorite is the Cheesecake Factory. Have a good time!
