Where are some unique places to go in Baltimore/DC/Philly?

I am going on vaca there and I like to do fun different things. In Chicago there was the Billie Goat Tavern and Weiners Circle - one of a kind, but I am looking for a place to eat or visit that is known by the locals and is hilarious / fun. I don't care if the food is terrible it's just for the adventure =) Please lookup the two chicago places I mentioned to get an idea of what I'm talking about. Also what are some Must-sees in the areas? Thanks!

In DC, check out local institution Ben's Chili Bowl (1213 U Street NW). You might also wish to visit Spike Mendelsohn's eateries on Pennsylvania Avenue SE: We the Pizza and Good Stuff Eatery. Another fun and odd-ball place is Palace of Wonders (1210 H Street NE). There is also mini golf, skeeball and table games with your food at the H Street Country Club (1335 H Street NE). The amazing Dangerously Delicious Pies has Baltimore (1036 Light Street) and DC (1339 H Street NE) locations, and features both sweet and savory pies.

The inner harbor is pretty sick in Baltimore, unlike most other cities, and you gotta eat something with Old Bay seasoning on it. Also, go to a high school lacrosse game, best lacrosse city in the world is Baltimore. Sadly, that's the best I can do for you.
