What are some restaurants in northern virginia that are fancy enough for you to dress up for?

• My girlfriend asked me to take her out on valentines day to a resturant in which she needed to dress up for. Like wearing a dress etc.. I live in the northern virginia area. ex. washington d.c. reston. woodbridge. vianna. tysons corner. If some one could give me some suggestions that'd be great :] I really need to igure this out so i don't seem like an idiot infront of her. I was thinking about taking her to like Melting pot or somthing, but I want to keep my options open. I really want this place to be nice but not too too expensive. A $40 meal will suffice. I love her so much and I want this valentines day to be sweet and perfect.. One she'll never forget. I've got everything planned out perfectly.. it's just that I need to figure out what restaurant I'm going to take her to :]]

  Personally, I recommend you do an internet search of some of the restaurants in your area because there's many a restaurant that will actually make a special Valentine's Day meal/dinner. Keep in mind that the longer you wait, the less likely you will be able to reserve a table. Now, I'll recommend Zaytinya in DC (has a Valentine's Day menu for $44 a person - see link) but again, check to make sure that there's availability for Feb 14th.
