Where are some good places to eat or go to in Seattle for Valentine's Day?

I live in Seattle and I know my way around by heart. I just don't know any good or romantic places to eat in Seattle for Valentines Day! Preferably Steak b/c me and my bf have wayyyy too much italian. But if it's a good restaurant and a must go to, then let me know too! It doesn't really matter on the pricing, just as long as it's suuuuuper expensive, like $100 per plate LOL. Where are some good gellato places in Seattle? Is Salty's a good place to eat at?
