Sam's on Bascom Av. But, there closed on Sunday. Freshes meat, and friendly staff.

Old South BBQ on E14th in San Leandro. They make the best hot links ever! That or Everette & Jones on A st in Hayward. They make a better brisket. I've only eaten at the one in Oakland on Broadway. I'm not sure if they come and do all the work though...but the food it worth it!

Time Deli in San Jose on Bascom. They BBQ the best tri-tip. For 20-50 people for the set up and the meat its about $300. They have other home made goodies and side dishes. They also have the best carrot cake.
