What to wear to a modeling/acting interview?

Second interview at Hooters.. What to wear!?

  • My first interview went really well, and I have a second interview with the General Manager, who is a woman. The regular manager who interviewed me the first time was a man, and told me when I come to the next interview to "dress to impress" does this mean dress like I would for an interview at any regular place (not revealing but still sexy and professional) or should I wear short shorts and a tight shirt? The shorts are nice, light grey with buttons on the back pockets, not cuttoff jeans, (its too hot in texas to wear long pants) and the shirt is just a plain black shirt that isn't too low cut, just tight fitted. Its sexy but simple. Should I wear heels? I'm worried I will either under or over do it. Any advice would be much appreciated. I am blonde and 5 feet tall 110lbs of pure muscle, wear a 32 c (bra size) and am told all the time that I'm attractive.I know I have a good enough body to work there, I'd just like to make a good impression.

    "Dress to impress" I'm guessing means professional atire. Mainly Because it's a woman. If it were a guy checking out your physical appearance that would be different. But I'm guessing you already passed that test and they want to test your social skills. Leave the short shorts and bring the personality. ;)

All black is always good, because it's professional, and can still have sex appeal. I would do black fitted slacks, or professional length fitted skirt, and a semi-sexy black fitted top. It should be nice and professional, but still form fitting considering you are applying at Hooter's, and they are going to want to check out your figure.

You should wear something that is similar to what the waitresses wear. Try a White Tee-Shirt, with tee-shirt bra under it. Well fitting jeans, full length jeans. You don't want them to be too tight and you do want them to fit your shape. Heels are nice but don't go to tall. Think about how you would dress when you go there to work. Do you really want to be wearing super high heels or really thin heals? Keep in mind you will do a lot of walking around and you might have to grab stuff from the storage areas. Some places you might have to go up and down stairs. Keep in mind that you want your silhouette to look smooth. Most women are wearing the incorrect bra. You also want you hair and make-up looking on point but not over doing it. You might want to consider getting your hair cut if you haven't done so in a while. I wouldn't change your hair style just get it cleaned up looking. If you have highlights or colored you should get this touched up as well. When it comes to you makeup., don't go over board. There are tons of make-up tutorials out there. Find a girl that looks more like you and see if she has a natural style. I like Michelle Phan's looks she does a few that are for a date-night or a natural looking. I'm sure your pretty just enhance your beauty. Don't try to look like your going out to the club with your girl friends or like your work at strip club.
