Where is a good place to have a Holiday party in Sacramento for my work?

We are having a lunch time Holiday party, and there will be about 40 people, if not, a few less. The budget for all charges is no more than $1500... Where is a good place that I could look into for this kind of thing?

    I would look into the Spaghetti Factory downtown, I think on J St. Amongst other rooms, they have train cars for rooms. You might find one there that is the size you need. This would be reasonable price and unique.
