Whats a fun restaurant in philadelphia for a girls 22nd birthday?

  I would think pretty much anywhere in Old City would do the trick. There's the Continental around 2nd & Market, and a ton of other restaurants with a similar vibe. Bleu Martini is also a martini bar; Plough & the Stars has an Irish pub atmosphere; Cafe Spice is a trendy Indian restaurant with a hip little bar area; Positano Coast is a bar/lounge that is great for drinks and small plates/snacks (get a bunch to share).
