On another day you could go to the Philadelphia Zoo - America’s First Zoo; Take a ride on the 23 trolley! L-O-N-G-E-S-T trolley ride in the world! Like flowers and gardening? Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA. Feeling lucky? NOW there’s racinos in PA! Need more suggestions? Go to philly.com - the Philadelphia Inquirer’s web site OR make the investment in Friday’s paper for those features. There’s LOTS to do! AND when you go to any of these places, speak with the locals about the best, most romantic, economic places to eat. Don’t be bashful! In all honesty, this is “The City of Brotherly Love”. One of my favorite restaurants *in the world* is Dante & Luigi's on 10th: http://www.danteandluigis.com/ When my bf & I went there for dinner, we didn't speak for about 10 minutes after our food arrived b/c we were too busy enjoying our meals. When he did finally say something, my bf said, "This is *really* good." Although the prices are not on the online menu, they are pretty reasonable. He had the manicotti. I had the gnocchi. And peach sorbet for dessert. DELISH!!!!!
