What are good places to host a sweet sixteen in the Philadelphia area?

• I am planning on having a sweet 16. I wanted a theme that's city at night.With colors like royal blue,purple, & black. I'm looking for a place with a somewhat dome ceiling so maybe I could have stars projected on there;or a place with a good view of the city, maybe with majority glass windows. I need a dancing area, so if its a good restaurant and there's nowhere to dance then I probably won't consider it.I will consider places that have packages which include food and whatnot. that'd be nice.
