Whats a good affordable first date restaurant in Philadelphia?

Me and this girl have been close for a while, and were about to start "officially" dating. Like I said, I know her well already, so its not like I need to completly impress her by spending a fortune on a dinner. I would like to take her to a nice place for dinner though in Philadelphia. What suggestions are there for a nice restaurant that is also affordable, (for a college student), and somewhat romantic thats in Philly? Also, shes a vegetarian. Not saying that it has to be a completly vegetarian restaurant, but if you know any places that have a good mix of options, id appreciate it. Thanks so much!
