Make-your-own-sushi restaurant? STATEN ISLAND?

I have my birthday coming up and I love sushi, especially California Rolls ^^. Anyway I would like to bring my friends and family to a nice restaurant where they serve good food and the restaurant has to have a place where we can make our own sushi. Is there such a place in Staten Island or nearby locations? Also maybe a restaurant where the chefs cook in front of you. like the table is around d chef and he cooks and people sit around him. I would rather have the place where we can make ouor own sushi or maybe other interesting party ideas keeping it in the japanese/chinese style

on richmond ave. there is a chinese buffet place. it is called king buffet. inside, they have a sushi table where you add what you want in it and they make it right in front of you. it is close to the mall.
