How to get work as tourist guide in Pakistan?

Is it too tourist-y to consult the Zagat restaurant guide?

  • I live in Nassau County but I often work and play in the city. Of course, the more time I spend there, the more I eat there. I've got the 2009 Zagat restaurant guide but I was just wondering if it's too much of a tourist move to keep it in my bag and possibly get caught consulting it in public. This is not a terribly serious question but more of a curiosity. Thanks in advance.

    Absolutely not. I keep a copy in my car to look up restaurants in different areas depending on where I wind up at meal times. Often, friends who know I have a copy borrow it frequently. You get honest reviews from people who ate at the different establishments.
