Where To Party In Cebu?

Im having a graph party and need to kno where in ny preferably in manhattan I can have this party in?

  • My boyfriend is turning 18 in June and he's never had a birthday party. He writes graffiti and I wanted to incorporate that into his party.Im having some trouble finding where I can hold this party.Some of my ideas were to have everyone wear or buy white tshirts so that they can draw and write on each other.They can keep them as a souvenir. I wanted to buy canvas' and put them on the walls so that they can also write on them.We live in ny and of course manhattan would be the best place to have the party.I just dont kno where I can find a place that I can do this in.Hey and if you have some ideas for my party that'll be great too :)
