Sweet 16 in Times Square Restaurant Ideas?

• im turning 16 in a month, and i didnt want to have a big party, so im going out to new york city with a bunch of friends and my parents. we're staying at the marriott marquis in times square, and im still not sure what restaurant to go to for dinner. First, it needs to be in Times Square. Anywhere that has good desserts and is family friendly is good. Also, my friends and I want to go a place where we can dress up. Does anyone have ideas? Thanks!

  All I can think of is Mars 2112. However, you don't go there for the food (I mean it's a family restaurant, but the food is subpar). You go there for the environment. It's a space-themed restaurant that has the feeling of a night club because of the lighting (and as I can remember, the music is loud). There's also a ride you can take to get in or out of the restaurant. It costs extra, and I haven't taken it so I can't tell you what it's like. Also, it's not a "kid-themed" restaurant, so don't worry about that. It's really open to anyone and everyone. But seriously, the food stinks.
