Sweet 16???? (NYC,Long Island)?

Okay so im going to have a sweet 16. Im planning a year ahead(its about 1 year and 2 weeks) It will be on March 7th. and well i need HELP!! i have already been looking for places, fell in love with one already, but still want to keep on looking..I live in Queens NY. So i do want something in Long Island or Queens.(a place for about 150 people) Any suggestions? Ohh it has to be a catering placee. I also need help on picking a theme. Nothing tackyy, something classy. Can someone help with that? Oh forgot to mention, my budget is around 10,000$. so any suggestions??? I want this party to be memorable. Has anyone ever attened a party at Leonard's in Great Neck,NY? or Russo's on the Bay in Howard Beach,NY?
