Webster Hall for New Years 2009?

I'm going to New York to celebrate New Years 2009 and two of my friends who are going are over 18 but not 21 yet and all I could find was a place called Webster hall that lets in under 21. I wanted to know what kind of people go there (is it diverse), is the music any good, and is it worth even going? Is there any place that is over 18 but under 21 we can attend that you all might recommend?

Webster Hall is 19 to enter 21 to drink General Admission $20 EZ Pass VIP $70 VIP Table Service $225 *For VIP table, please arrive after 11:30PM on Saturdays, When our VIP Lounge opens 19 to enter 21 to drink. ____________________________________ I've included two links for you.
