How much does a waitress average in West Hollywood / West Los Angeles? I am going to be moving there and i am trying to look at job options out there. I have worked in a nice restaraunt before and i got good tips but i really need to know average and how much money i could make a month to look at how much i can give out in rent. I am going to be going to college for 12 hours so how much do you think i could make. Also any suggestions of places that are nice that i could rake in good tips would also be a big help Thank you :)

Answer:
If you are working dinner shifts from Weds - Sunday night, you'd probably average $150 - $200 a night at a reasonably nice, busy place. Try Houston's in Century City or Bandera in West L.A. -- high priced menu, busy, good clientele.
