Rave/Techno/Dance 18+ Clubs in Los Angeles area?

I really need to find a place too meet girls and new people and well the mall in Woodland Hills and Northridge just don't cut it anymore. Does anyone know of any clubs in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area that are for ages 18 and over? Somewhere not impossible to get into and open to the public please.
