I've never been to a live play in my life and Phantom of the Opera is so expensive at the Pantages. Help I need to show her a ticket stub by Tuesday or I fail the class! Where can I go see ANY play?

Most regional theaters have tickets between $15-25 and most have student rates. In fact- The Long Beach Playhouse has "The Rainmaker" playing now and a student ticket price of $12 http://www.lbph.com/Mainset.htm The Celebration Theatre in Santa Monica has a "student rush" ticket policy/rate on "obstructed view tickets" that you can buy in person 10 minutes before showtime.
