Are there any superb jazz clubs in Los Angeles?

Lounge/Club Newbie. I live in Los Angeles and I would want to go out with my hubby.?

  • Do you know of any loungesor clubs with jazz, bossa nova?A somewhat relaxed ambience. If it's any help. I would like to take him to a relaxed atmosphere not too loud and perfect for talking, relaxing, drinks and possibly with a nice view. I live in the Los Angeles area.     You'll find a lot of loungy places in trendy hotels. The Viceroy is Santa Monica has a real swanky one. The W Hotel in Westwood is uberloungy. The Standard Downtown has a rooftop lounge with waterbeds you can sit on! The Falcon Restaurant in Hollywood has a chill scene and sometimes jazz on Thursdays. I enjoy Firefly's lounge in Studio City (small but really cool), and if you want a loung all to yourself The Next Door Tapas Bar in Studio City doesn't draw a big crowd, but looks like those pictures you attached.
