What item is free if you buy three and have an "equal or lesser value coupon?"?
-
If I buy three items, Item A costs $10, Item B costs $15, and Item C costs $20, and I have a coupon that says "buy one item get the second one of equal or lesser value free, which item should I get free? Please explain.

Answer:
Item A. It will always be the least expensive item. If you split it into two transactions and only purchase Item B and Item C then you can get Item B for free. You will have to purchse Item A separately.
