Can i go to high school in Los Angeles?

• I am 18, currently in 2nd grade of high school and i also lost 2 years. So i was checking some combinations to go to Los Angeles since its my dream and finish 4th grade there. I was never in USA before so i actually dont know if they are letting people over 18 to go to their schools. So is in Los Angeles any school in which i can go and which isnt very expensive???

  The only option for you may be boarding school, they cost about $40,000 - $50,000 a year. You usually have to pay the total in advance to get your student visa. However, your age may be a problem. You can also see about student exchange programs, but you won't come to LA, they'll send you to the Midwest where the schools are not very diverse, since the whole point of the program is cultural exchange. In LA and NY, and other big cities, we have lots of students from all over the world. But it is likely you will be rejected from a student exchange program due to your age. Good luck!
