Easter Brunch in the LA/OC area?

Does anyone know of any nice restaurants/hotels serving an Easter Brunch? The last two years we've been going to the New Otani's Easter Brunch but I've heard they've changed ownership so we wanted to try somewhere new. I'm looking for something in the $30-50 per person range. Thanks!!
