Places to go in CALIFORNIA LOS ANGELES on thanksgiving?

Okay so my parents dont have like any plans for tomarrow we dont rlly eat turkey or anything so yea but um her and her friends want to go to some places we dont want to spend the night or anything just a place to spend for a day that is actually open on thanksgiving please dont tell me hollywood, santa monica or something i know about hollywood, santa monica beach, disneyland and everything but i want to know where people that live in california go not someone who doesnt live in california some place that is entertaining that has things to do for teengars and adutlts please tell me thankyou

Well, I know its too late to answer your question but this is my two cents... You can go to these places on any weekend as a day trip or even stay a full day there: 1. Ventura Harbor Village (Around 65 miles from LA) 2. Ojai (Around 75 miles from LA) 3. Solvang (Around 138 miles from LA) There are plenty of resources on internet on these places so am not repeating those here again.

go to westwood. it is filled with UCLA students, and teenagers. there are restaurants, arcades, shopping. Its great, but you might get bored after 2 hours or so. but then i suggest you go to third street promenade in santa monica.
