LV, NV Peter Piper Pizza Locations please help?

Hi my little brother's birthday is coming up and we want to host his party at Peter Piper Pizza but we don't know where there is one open. We live in LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, I already checked the PPP website but it didn't give me any locations. I'm wondering if they shut them all down? I know the one on Nellis is closed now and I can't figure out if the one on Decatur is open because the reviews on it are from years ago and might be out of date. Can anyone help? Can you list any or all locations that you know are open in the Las Vegas or North Las Vegas region please. Thanks for you time

There is one off of Route 215 and Stephanie in Henderson. If you travel east on the highway, you can see it from the road. It is up the hill, turn right and in a mall type complex with a 24 hour gym Pass it daily on my rides to and from work.
