Are there any high class restaurants in Nice?

What are some good restaurants in Indianapolis that are sort of high class but not way expensive?

    Depends really on what you like and what you think is expensive/ I always recommend the Melting Pot bcz of the atmosphere - very cozy - but it will run you around 100 for dinner. If you are downtown and want to be wowed for great service at a reasonable price, try the Weber Grill. mama Carolis on 54th is good food - lousy seating, but a cute environment.
