What do I need to bring for an interview at McDonald's?

I have a Mcdonalds interview tomorrow, when they ask what i can bring to Mcdonalds, what should I say?

  • Apparently they ask what I can bring to the job, so what should I say? I really only want to work there because its a job to make some money for college (I'm 16), but I know that that answer wont get me the job.

First off you are only 16 and they will not expect a great answer from you. You tell them I need the money to go to college and that this experience will help me greatly as a persue my career. Also that while you are working there you will do your best to make sure the customers are satisfied.

Tell em you have a great personality and your a people person. most teens are made rude at mcdonalds and give attitudes, be nice?

Is there a reason why you chose McDonald's over the other fast food restaurants? Do you like Mickey D burgers? If you chose McDonald's because you do like their products or that particular store because it's in a convenient location (near your school or home) then play that up... "I love Big Macs/McFlurries/Ronald McDonald! McDonald's will be gaining an employee who loves their products. I will be an enthusiastic worker and perhaps will be will be working for the corporate office when I graduate from college!" "This store is convenient for me as it is close to home. I'll be able to work late or early on the weekends and holidays as I can walk home."
