How much would i make as a server at a place like River Oaks Country Club?

i got me a job at river oaks country club an i will be working in the banquet side of the country club as a server an its the holidays i mean i know that servers make anywhere from 2.15 an hour to 3.00 dollars an hour im wondering how much would i make just in tips an we get there at work at around 930 or earlier depending if its a party we dont leave until 1 or 2 o clock in the morning on most nights unless it is a very large capacity party that we are working....just an estimate on if i have very good people skills what would my tips look like for the holidays an on a good banquet day an night period ?
