Where are some good bars on the Northwest side of Chicago?

  • Where are some good bars on the Northwest side of Chicago? I am turning 21 and I need a nice bar, without a lot of old guys around so my friends and I can and have a good time! Does anybody have any suggestions?! Please I want to make my 21st AWESOME!

    Go to bucktown/wicker park for sure for Sure to bars like 50 fifty or Easy bar Or Subterrenian if you want to party at Wrigley there is always Casey Morans, Wild Hare, John Barley Corn, The Ivy and for a party till 5am i would head to Mc faddens on state and elm downtown but get there before 11pm so as to avoid hustle. And all these places have web sites so feel free to check em out happy 21 :o)

It's not exactly northwest, but if Bucktown qualifies, I'd try the Charleston. Cool neighborhood bar with a relaxed vibe.

On Western, between Howard and Lunt is a great sports bar called Mullens. The people are friendly and the wings are great!

G Stone is pretty on target for ya. The area around the Damen Blue line stop is a huge bar area. That's Damen and North. You will also probably like the Wrigleyville area.
