Cheap, fairly nice hotels near Navy Pier, in Chicago, Illinois?

Can anyone recommend a low-priced, fairly nice hotel near Navy Pier? It has to be within walking distance of Navy Pier & downtown. I just started my search, lowest that I saw was $134 per night, don't remember which hotel that was. I'm hoping to find 1 for about $100 per night. All replies are appreciated, but I really don't wanna be just told to visit: Cheaphotels.com, or Priceline.... I would really like to hear from someone who has recently stayed at a fairly nice hotel, that was low cost, and real close to Navy Pier. Also, has anyone taken the cruise of Lake Michigan departing from Navy Pier, if so, how is it?

Answer:
By far the best is Embassy Suites Lakefront. Free breakfast and cocktail hour. Its a newer hotel and is the closest to Navy Pier you will find. Especially at their rates.

I dont know the price but walking distance from Navy Pier is a Best Western right on the corner...good location.
