Anyone know a cheap but good Easter brunch buffet in Chicago?

My family's coming to town and I'm supposed to pick out place for Easter brunch buffet. I know I sound cheap, but I would like to stay below $30 per person, but still have something fun like made-to-order omelettes. Any ideas? Possibly a hotel? Thanks in advance.

It may be a little work but, why not prepare a nice little brunch at home eggs are cheap .Take the money you have left and go on a nice outting like maybe a trip to Shedd Aquarium or maybe Navy Pier, theres always something going on there. Have A Fun Day!
