  You might want to re post this in the recipe section if you don't like the results you get here. But I gotta tell you forget the rest and try this one. Great this time of year. Pork Tenderloin You can also use thick cut pork chops Make a stuffing just like you would for a chicken or turkey. Add to the stuffing Chopped apples and cranberries. Use some apple juice or cider as part of the liquid for the stuffing. Butterfly the tenderloin or make a slit in the pork chops. Stuff the meat with the stuffing. Bake until meat is done. Tenderloin will not take long maybe 30to 40 minutes. Since you are stuffing it the meat will be thinner and it is very lean. Chops will take a bit longer, depending on thickness about 45 to 50 minutes. As a side I love a combination of roasted butternut squash and red potatoes. Peel, cut and seed the squash. Cut into chunks, about 1 to 2 inches. Place in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Roast in a hot oven until browned and caramelized. Stir every 15 minutes or so. This will take about an hour.
