How can we delete the mobile device and add a new device?

How do I delete files off my bloggie device?

• I recently took a vacation and took many photos on my bloggie. I moved the files onto my laptop and restored the bloggie to its "factory settings" to delete all of the files off of the bloggie device, not my laptop. For a while all the photos and videos were gone (except the new ones I'd taken). Earlier this evening I plugged my bloggie into my laptop and began to sort through the photos to upload. I looked at the device and there were the deleted files from before. I cannot explain my frustration! I have tried multiple times to delete ALL of the files off the device, but have failed misrebley. I hope there is another way to delete everything besides individually sorting through all my photos. If someone can prove me wrong and there IS a way to delete ALL the photos with the touch of a button, I'm all ears.

  This is the FAQ's and manuel for the device. push control + F when you go to the document and put in photos or other key words and there are pictures showing exactly how to permanently delete the pictures. Also, there is a setting it will show you how to do because the pictures are importing and exporting off of each other through the comp and device.
