How to install cydia?

I have: -iPod touch 4 Gen -not jail broken -IOS 5.0.1 I tried to install cydia from the website jailbreakme.com but it said I needed ios 5.0.1 and I have it. So I need directions for jail breaking and installing cydia (perefferably unteathered). Thanks!
